If a Product is out of stock when Motorsport republica processes an Order, Motorsport republica will contact the Buyer to discuss revised delivery times or refund options.

Order Delivery
All Orders by the Buyer under this Agreement must be placed via the forms provided on this Site and must specify the information requested, including (but without limitation): 
(a) Quantity and description of Products 
(b) The full street address to which the Product is to be delivered 
(c) Current billing address to which credit card statements are sent. 
The Buyer must complete all information requested on the Order form before the Order is processed by Motorsport republica. 
Motorsport republica will send the Buyer an e-mail acknowledging the Products ordered as soon as possible after the Buyer places an Order. If Motorsport republica does not accept the Buyer's Order for any reason, it will inform the Buyer by email in the same manner.

Delivery times quoted in the Site are indicative only. The Motorsport republica will endeavour to deliver your order within the specified time. The Buyer acknowledges that The Motorsport republica may, from time to time, be subject to production, delivery or other unforeseen delays and that The Motorsport republica may allocate distribution of Products ordered among its customers at its sole discretion.

If Buyer's Order has not been delivered within the stated time, the Buyer should contact Motorsport republica at: motorsportrepublica@outlook.com

Pre-Order- Pre-ordering means the product is not in stock and will be delivered when products arrives in stock. A month will be stated in comment section of the item to show when the product will be delivered. 

If no-one is available at the delivery address to receive the Products, Motorsport republica delivery agent will leave an "unable to deliver" card at the address and the Buyer should follow the directions on that card to obtain delivery of the Products. Motorsport republica reserves the right to make partial delivery of an Order where multiple products have been ordered.

Payment
Credit card payment for Products purchased from Motorsport republica via the Site can be made by VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit cards.

The Motorsport republica will verify the credit card information submitted by the Buyer and will advise the Buyer that its Order has been accepted. The Buyer agrees to submit to Motorsport republica  such information as may be reasonably requested by The Motorsport republica for the authorisation and verification of its credit card purchases.

The Motorsport republica reserves the right to conduct payment verification tests to ensure legitimate use and ownership of a credit card by the Buyer. This includes processing an additional nominal charge to a Buyer's credit card that subsequently be refunded.

The Motorsport republica reserves the right to exercise its lawful remedies if a dispute arises over payment through the Buyer's credit card provider. In particular, but without limitation, if the Buyer's credit card provider rejects a payment when due, Motorsport republica at its discretion may delay or cancel delivery of Orders placed by the Buyer.

Motorsport republica may also offset and deduct from any refund due to the Buyer all sums owed by the Buyer to Motorsport republica. If the Buyer's account is placed in collection, Motorsport republica will be entitled to claim all reasonable expenses for collection, including legal fees incurred in connection therewith.

Discount codes
One discount code per order. Multiple codes cannot be used in conjunction on an order.

Product Returns

We hope you have love Motorsport Republica items just as much as we do. For any reason, you would like to make a return, please read the following: 

Any returns or exchanges must be done within 14 business days of receiving the order.

The returned items must be unused and in sellable condition in order to receive a full refund. Items that are used, damaged or altered in anyway will be returned back.

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping arrangements and for all shipping costs between Motorsport republica and the Buyer for any items to be returned to Motorsport republica for a warranty claim.
